Air Balancing and OSHA

OSHA and Air Balance.  How do those two ideas go together?  In a very long chapter of the “OSHA Technical Manual” (section III Chapter II) Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) investigations are discussed.

This chapter repeatedly points to poor OSA ventilation as the leading source (52%) of  below average IAQ.  Not the only problem but definely a the leading problem.  The air balance compay can take a major role in investigating the amount of OSA that comes into a building.
